Get in Shape With Female Celebrities Workout Programs


                Being a female celebrity means that you have to keep in shape. And how do they do it? Do they ever eat? Well, they have an army of personal trainers and nutritionists. But with their help they have developed workout programs. A lot of female celebrity have released workout programs that have their name on it. Do they work? I don’t know. But their certainly worth a try. I mean someone had to design these workout programs, and it probably wasn’t Madonna who came up with it, it was a professionally trained instructor.
                The first of these female celebrity workout program belongs to Madonna. She says she has a holistic approach to health and fitness. Cardio exercises are the most predominant in this program, specifically dancing. She also does Yoga and Pilates, before lunch, and afterwards she does either karate, weightlifting, swimming, cycling or running. As for a diet she goes with The Macrobiotic Diet. This diet involves eating a lot of grains supplemented with vegetables and beans. And this exercise regime seems to work pretty well. I mean Madonna is as old as the Bible and she only looks 60.
                Megan Fox is a super sexy actress that has an exercising regime of her own. She used this regime to get in shape before the sequel to the Transformers movie. It is mostly comprised of core exercises, low intensity cardio, and abdominal work. The exercise starts with you lying on the floor, and you have to do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds. Try to keep the rest period to minimum. Also, while you are lying down on the floor you can quickly change your exercise from crunches to butterflies to supermans. Add in some cardio here and there, whether it is a bike ride or a jog, it’s always good and for a diet eat as many whole grain foods as possible, and get your carbs from fruits and vegetables.
